NRCSA Center: Complete Immersion Homestudy - Frankfurt, Germany

About the NRCSA Center

Private one-on-one tutor foreign language classes are provided by your teacher at your lodging. Teachers are highly trained professionals with years of experience in the teaching of their language to foreigners.

Lodging is in homestays of native speakers with all meals provided. Only the target language is spoken in the homestay. Residences are typically outside of heavily touristed areas, in neighborhoods where the target language predominates.

About Frankfurt

Frankfurt, financial capital of Germany, sits astride the Main river right before it meets the Rhine, but the city has much more to offer than just commerce and business. Frankfurt spends more per year on the arts than any other city in Europe and it shows, with its fine theatres and galleries like the world famous Städel, and so many top quality museums, including the Museum für Kunsthandwerk, the Museum für Völkerkunde, The Deutsches Filmmuseum (Germany's biggest film museum), and the Deutsches Architekturmuseum. Though it is unfortunate that most of the city was destroyed in the second world war, there are a few examples of the historical architecture still standing, one of which is the thirteenth-century St Bartholomäus Cathedral and it's well worth the visit. Frankfurt can be explored by foot and don't be afraid to try the local-made sausage of the same name.
