Lodging & Arrival Information - Paris, France

Homestays
Students will receive a warm welcome from Parisian families carefully chosen by the housing coordinators. Host families are eager to impart the French language and culture on the students they host. Additionally, they enjoy learning about the culture of the student they host. Breakfast is provided daily. Two meals daily is also available, but at an additional cost.
Accommodation with a host family extends from the Sunday before the first day of classes to the Saturday following the last day of classes. Students can opt to extend, and extra days will be paid at a pro rata (advanced notice is required to ensure availability). Students should notify NRCSA before they depart of their arrival time so that someone can be there to welcome them.

Hotels
We can provide students with carefully selected, pleasant hotels near the school. Additionally, arrangements can be made for students wishing to stay in another quarter of the city. All hotel lodging is available at an additional cost, and varies depending on location.

|
Students who would like to be met at the airport should send NRCSA their arrival information at least 7 days before they depart for Paris. When sending your arrival information please include the name of the airport, the flight number, and if possible a recent photograph. The arrival time must be between 8.30 and 21:00. All arrival transfers are at an additional cost.
Lodging information is sent 7-14 days prior to departure. Information on where to go and how to get there will be sent to students prior to departure.
