Homestays
A strong emphasis is placed on finding caring, enthusiastic families to host students. Families are carefully selected and students are asked to fill out a homestay evaluation so housing coordinators can monitor how students and family members are getting along.
Most families are within easy reach of the Institute, with a typical journey time is about 30 minutes. Lodging in a single room with breakfast daily is included. Students will receive full details two weeks before arrival. Students usually arrive on the Sunday before the beginning of the course and leave on the Sunday after the course ends. Additional nights can be arranged upon request.

Hotels
A range of excellent hotels from 3 to 5 stars is available, and NRCSA can make reservations in comfortable and friendly guest houses. This option is available upon request and at additional cost varying by accommodation type.

Transportation for students from the Stuttgart Airport or at the main train station can be provided at an additional cost. Students need to request this service when registering for the course. Exact arrival information must be received at least 10 days before day of arrival. Students who do not make use of the arrival transfer should let NRCSA know their arrival time.
Lodging information is sent 7 - 14 days prior to departure. Information of where to go and how to get there will be sent to students prior to departure.
