Excursions & Activities
The Association of French as a Foreign Language of Poitiers (A.F.L.E.P) organizes various activities throughout the year: Lectures on history, architecture, and economy, as well as sightseeing are just a few examples of what students can take part in.
Excursions can be organized in the Poitou-Charentes region to places such as la Rochelle, Cognac, Marennes Oléron, Marais Poitevin, etc., and to other regions, like the Loire châteaux, Mont St. Michel and St. Malo, Versailles, etc.

Outdoor activities are available at additional cost:
* Hiking with a club from the University
* Skiing for 3 days in the Pyrenees. Rackets (snow-shoes) are available for non-skiers
* Weekend in the Pyrenees
