Homestay

Living with a tutor's family is the corner stone to the Homestudy Program. Homestay living allows the student to observe and participate in the daily life of a Chinese family and gain invaluable knowledge of Chinese culture, social etiquette and customs. Every teacher's home is inspected before students arrive to make sure that each is up to the school's standards and to ensure that the student will feel at welcome and comfortable in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

All homestays are apartments with a Western-style bathroom, hot shower and air-conditioner. Students are provided with a single room and breakfast. For those students traveling together, a double room will be provided. Students are expected to adapt to the host family's accommodations and to respect their way of living.
