NRCSA Programs for Families

Traveling with the family can be one of the most exiting and rewarding experiences you will ever have. Being immersed in a new language and culture only adds to that memorable experience, plus gives you and your family a gift that lasts forever - cultural awareness and understanding.

Since 1968, NRCSA has worked with people from all over the world who want to share a truly unique experience with their families. Family-friendly programs vary depending upon the goals and expectations of the parents as well as the age, motivation, personality and language skills of the children.

From a one week trip to Mexico, taking Spanish classes and staying in a Mexican family home to a 6 month trip to 3 different countries in Europe, learning how to dance in Spain, paint in France and cook in Italy, there is something for almost everyone.

There are a number of different programs available to families - youth programs (with and without parental involvement and participation), child and youth programs taken simultaneously with adult programs, independent teen programs, adult programs open to teens and flexible homestudy programs.

NRCSA staff are happy to talk with you regarding your specific needs and goals for your family immersion experience. Feel free to call us at (414) 278 0631 or send us an e-mail to study@nrcsa.com

A. Top Rated Programs. Separate classes for adults, children. There are two kinds of Youth Programs:

1) Summer Child & Teen Programs enable your children to meet and study with others of their age. Some children travel independently while others are accompanied by their parents. Children may have separate lodging and curfews, and their classes are usually in a building separate from adult classes at the school. The benefit is being ‘together but apart’ - in the same city (or within a short distance) and seeing your children on a regular basis, yet giving them their own unique experience with others of their age.

2) Year-round Child or Teen Programs where children are welcome all year. They lodge with you but have separate classes and there may not be other children of similar age on the dates you attend.

*indicates that school will arrange day care of tutor classes for younger children.
